There are a number of consultation options including e-consultations, telephone consultations and home visits.We provide our clients with simple and practical guidance that takes into account budget and time constraints. In Home ConsultationsThese consultations take place in the comfort of your own home. During a consultation we will discuss nutrition and lifestyle with a view to locate the origin of your health problems. Your first consultation will last for 60 to 90 minutes, where an extensive case history is taken and a nutritional assessment made. Your long term health goals will be discussed and recommendations made. Prior to the consultation you will be required to fill in a questionnaire. Subsequent consultations are available and will last for 45 to 60 minutes. These are to monitor and assess your progress and make any further recommendations. Telephone ConsultationsPrior to a telephone consultation you will need to complete and return a questionnaire either by post or via email. We will book a consultation date and time, where I will call you on a landline number. The consultation will last for approximately one hour, where I will ask further questions and explain dietary and lifestyle links before making recommendations. Helpsheets and a copy of the recommendations will be sent to you at the end of the consultations so that you do not have to write everything down.
