Dr Xavier G. Medi-Spa Clinic is a UK award-winning doctor-run clinic offering a wide range of cosmetic and preventative treatments for the face and body as well as Alizonne Therapy for medical weight loss without surgery and laser hair removal.

We also have a GMC-registered surgeon (Mr Nick Percival) who offers free consultations at our clinic and the surgery is performed at a private hospital in the local area and in central London.

Our facilities are in Southampton and our clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our dedicated team is lead by Dr Xavier Goodarzian ('Dr Xavier') - who lectures in many of the treatments we offer. Dr Xavier trains others doctors and surgeons - in Harley Street, across the UK and in Europe and has appeared on TV as an expert in cosmetic treatments. Our aim is to provide you with straightforward and honest advice.

We will offer you the most suitable and relevant treatments to achieve natural results, according to your wishes and the needs of your body.

We read in the press every day about celebrities having "Botox®" but there are also many other treatments available. We also provide health, diet, skincare and lifestyle advice to help maximise the results.

Dr Xavier is a leader in the field of aesthetic (cosmetic) medicine and is a well-respected lecturer and trainer at major conferences throughout the UK and Europe. He has also appeared on national television as an invited expert in cosmetic treatments - including the primetime ITV1 documentary "Lesley Ash: Face to Face"Dr. Xavier is the lead trainer for Innomed Training, and he also trains for The Association for Facial Aesthetics (CODE-AFA) as well as other training organisations. In addition, he writes articles for industry and professional journals and publications.Dr Xavier regularly lectures to surgeons, doctors and other medical practitioners on a range of medical aesthetic procedures with an emphasis on best practice and optimum treatment results.Dr Xavier is also a member of the Sculptra® Training Advisory Board for the major international medical and pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis (the makers of Sculptra® collagen stimulation treatment). He is one of only 6 approved Sculptra trainers in the UK.
