Debbie Sturge Nutritional Therapy, a form of complementary medicine, uses dietary changes & food supplements to provide essential nutrients for the body to heal itself naturally. Our facilities are in Margate.So often people are prescribed a cocktail of drugs with no real benefit, or told to learn to live with their condition.  Orthodox medicine does not always have the answer.By working alongside a qualified Nutritional Therapist, imbalances in the body may be identified & then corrected over time.  As such, several appointments may be required.  It's important to bear in mind the majority of health problems occur as a result of several contributory factors & these need to be addressed in order of priority throughout a nutritional programme. It is impossible & ineffective to try to tackle everything at once!  Having said that, as Nutritional Therapy is educational in part, it is not generally a long on-going therapy.  Typically I may see a client 4 or 5 times.
