• The results usually depend on each person's body; therefore, there is no 100% guarantee, something that does not usually occur with other plastic surgery procedures.
• Since, in almost all countries, it is still a very expensive type of treatment and because it does not produce a 100% guarantee of effective results, patients are usually reluctant to undergo the procedure.
